Chicago Grill & Bar has a new chef - а young and promising Ivan Varaksin.
On April 27 and 28, the restaurant will feature a presentation of a set menu created by the new chief.  Guests will find a selection of pleasant gastronomic surprises in a special set:
Beer Bread with Kimchi Butter 
Steak Tartare made of Voronezh Beef with Cream Horseradish Mousse
Tender Chicken Liver Pate Sous Vide with Sweet Onion Jam 
Salad with crispy vegetables and Beef Fllet under Hoisin Nut Sauce 
Machete Steak with Chimichurri Sauce served with Rocket Salad and Sweet Tomato 
Sweet and Sour Mango-Passion Fruit Dessert with Lime-Lemon sorbet  
The new chief will expand the gastronomic horizons of Chicago Grill & Bar, refresh classical ideas and  give life to new future hits!
