Chicago Grill`s Chef Ivan Varaksin has prepared seasonal dishes for those who like to discover something new and unusual! In this signature menu you can find a new twist of traditional Chicago dishes, as well as gastronomic innovations.
The menu features 3 new bruschettas, soups and salads, a fresh look at tartar and unusual dessert combinations. As for entrees, Ivan offers grilled duck breast with creamed quinoaand baby beets drizzled with currant wine sauce; and for seafood aficionados Ivan suggests grilled mackerel with Asian style wild rice. Special attention should be paid to the hot appetizers such as Tarte Tatin with roasted pear, parma ham, fresh figs and Gorgonzola ice cream, as well as duck ravioli with cherries and apple chutney.
